Exploring grief when it arrives unexpectedly
We were invited to explore grief - particularly when someone loses a loved one unexpectedly. This topic is often avoided or simplified. We wanted to listen deeply and go beyond surface-level assumptions.

Peaceful last interactions brought closure - but rarely growth
Participants who had calm final moments reported stability, but seldom experienced lasting personal change or deeper self-reflection afterward.

Unresolved goodbyes triggered deeper emotional growth
In contrast, emotional or conflicted final interactions often became catalysts — sparking behaviour change, reflection, and long-term growth.
